The shinrin yoku course that I am engaged in requires me to do 3 plant studies and 1 animal study, which I conducted in at the end of the last winter and the beginning of the post recent spring. These studies were done as phenomenological encounters within the woods where I am learning the craft of shinrin yoku, as experiences of relationships, alongside reading materials on holly, oak, garlic and badgers. I have presented my studies un the form of poetry collections, which are available to download for free here.
